Much depends on other planets. Maybe you have Jupiter in a good position so it can counterbalance Saturnian problems?
There may be some weakness or problem in one's Natal Chart, but there's always some strenght somewhere, even in most negative Charts, so you may excel in other areas of life, like for example meditation and spirituality?
So you can use your strenghts to advance and learn how to fix problems from Saturn (if any). You are not doomed to be poor for a placement, otherwise 1 person out of 12 in the world would be doomed too but it's not the case.
