Are the Gods really physical extraterrestrials that can come to earth on spaceships and live here, or beings on a higher dimensions that are not able to come to the physical plane? The Nordics for example, are they aliens as in physical extraterrestrial humanoid beings that can inhabit earth or is it more complicated than this?

Some sources on ETs say the nordic aliens are higher dimensional light beings of pure energy that manifest a humanoid physical form to contact humans because humans want something to look at that they can understand. The Gods may be something like that.

People of higher worlds have physical bodies as well. Gods, living in the highest realms exclusively, why would they be an exception?
