Ida originates from the sacral chakra, pingala from the root chakra? I.e. the right side of the body is the sacral chakra, the left side is the root chakra? Is that correct?
About the confusion I had, right side is female, left side is male, respectively ida-pingala? Then why does the left side of the body absorb energies and the OOO in RAUM meditation vibrates into it? Or Ida and Pingala also move in this sense as well as in the head creating a kind of vortex?

No. The nadis begin at about the level of the first chakra.

No. The left side is female (Ida) and the right side is male (Pingala).
