The girl I love is an osteopath. She explained to me more that the problem with cracking the bones is that by doing so you go and break the air cushions that are in those areas, without then being able to reform, so she avoids it. I trust her a lot. She is an outstanding osteopath anyway.

What about the guy who conducted an experiment for 50 years cracking his one hand and leaving the other be and ending up having the cracked hand more mobile than the not cracked one?

If you link me the video of the experiment I could be more speicific. :)

Something terrible is unlikely to happen to the fingers, although I know a history of dislocations from unfortunate crunches at the wrong tilt.

I wouldn't recommend crunching your neck, though.

Although I do it myself all the time, it's a habit.
