I've looked into templeofzeus.org for a while and I'm convinced, but the issue is this, how do I know if this is real? What ritual should I do to see the truth in all of this? I'm a extremely sensitive person and want this to be in a way where I'm not frightened or panicked while doing the suggested ritual.

There are no specific rituals that expel doubt for doubt's sake. You need to Walk the Path and have Faith—be BRAVE.
The Gods do communicate with you through the 5 senses, too, so pay attention and ask them directly.
