My grandmother told me that when my mother was start dating my father, no one wanted them to date because my father was ugly and would bring bad genes and my mother was supposed to think about whether a pregnancy would happen . My mother then said "you didn't care about me so I won't care either ( for my grandma) " End result, me. I'm ugly, I don't have a nice face or nice features, it's her fault and her immaturity and she wasn't a teenager, she was a mature woman at the time. I feel disgust and hate, today I could be beautiful.

Incarnation is not a lottery. When you reincarnate you do it under clear regulations about your past life and its achievements there. It is not "if I had been born as something else I would be better looking." You are not randomly other. You are always your spiritual situation.
To a very large extent, the body is a reflection of the soul and one's past life actions (or lack thereof).
You can do Venus Squares to begin to resolve this issue and improve your personal beauty, as well as engaging with more Venusian hobbies/activities.
