Satya Zevs understand if you are obbligated, just know that the Gods are with you and that the prayers of islam are empty 100%.

If you can avoid without facing risks do it. I'm not living in a muslim place so perhaps you can wait for better advices from an Arab Member.

if you are not forced or have to do this there's absolutely no need to keep doing it. (and it might be a main reason of your struggling)

being at an acceptable level to approach the gods needs some pursue and commitment from your side

You are doing well.
You don't have to expose yourself, especially in an Islamic family. Keep pretending to be a Muslim. But don't stop the meditations because that is the real part of yourself. The rest is just a pretense so that nothing bad will happen to you.

Maybe you can lie to them that you have some sort of personal quest or something with "allah" so that you want to spend some time alone which then can be used for meditations etc. Doing them as usual during such a period is even more crucial than normally (when it is important as well), especially in your environment.
