A square of the sun is approaching and I wanted to do it to be a more seductive/attractive man.
The aspects that I could observe in myself are the fear of approaching women and feeling that I am not attractive (physically) enough for them (I agree with that, I am already changing this not only to be attractive, but mainly for my health).

Squares can be helpful, but the only way to overcome embarrassment is by facing it directly. Magic can assist in many aspects, but it doesn't always work exactly as we imagine. Instead of delivering what you want instantly, it often guides you to the right opportunities.
For example, if your goal is to lose weight, magic might help you find time in your routine to work out.. If you desire more money it could lead you to a job...
If you want to feel more confident approaching women, magic can give you an energetic boost, but you still need to take action. Start with small steps, not every conversation needs to be a flirt. You can simply strike up casual conversations. And you already have in mind that you will be rejected sometimes, which is good since it's something that happens to everyone.
Regarding affirmations, create several, use the internet to help you find the best words for this and then choose the one you feel most in tune with. Always remember to put "in a positive and healthy way for me" :)

Why not take the opportunity of this Sun Square to work on your self-esteem and charisma, both of which are ruled by the Solar Plexus Chakra which in turn is ruled by the Sun Square.

The affirmation you use should include "in a positive & healthy way for me" as you are working with white magick that benefits you.

Being "seductive" is a mental thing which has to be learned and integrated until it is mostly instinctual, or else it'll appear contrived and fall flat anyway.

Magickal workings can help with the confidence aspect, which is absolutely vital, but it's also necessary (and inevitable) to experience some degree of failure along the way, at least until you've found your natural groove.

Magick in and of itself doesn't give you an escape, you must welcome the inevitable.
