Here Mars now is in Cancer, not in Scorpio. But when Mars is in Scorpio then yes, surely every Martial trait including any war related quality would be good to increase.
If you meant that you have Mars in Scorpio or Mars squaring Pluto in natal chart:
Again it is great to use it for any Martial / war related talent expression. It's great for intensity and manhood. I also advise all Chinese War / Strategic treatises for strategy exploration, they went very far in strategic thinking:

What planet would this fall under, Pluto? Or is runes a better idea?
