When I meditate on my chakras if im wearing a shirt my energy gets stuck on it like my chakra is a magnet and its harder to move it to other chakras. Does this happen to anyone else?

Are you wearing tight T-shirts or something otherwise very tight? Try practicing the flow of energy anyway:
