Today we can start the mercury square. But I don't have the experience of constant meditation practice yet. All this time, I meditated intermittently and did only basic things, but also performed rituals of the Gods. Also, I had a negative spiritual experience once before because I tried to open my third eye too early.
Could you tell me how to determine if I can proceed to the mercury square?
