Meditations: #618 How do I boost the process of Energy Balancing and Distribution within the Soul?

Let's suppose I work on my chakras, and on my aura.
And I wish to help my soul to balance, giving a hand of help to it so I can empower myself to a new small upper level again, repeat, do it again.
Does Yoga suffice this? Any other technique I could include to boost it?
