Anime girls have bodies that are idealized and unattainable. In my opinion, focusing on anime girls makes you lose touch with reality. Obviously in reality you will not find girls with natural blue hair and breasts that are 20 times bigger than their face.

Even in terms of character and attitude, they are idealized girls. These girls may seem better than real girls, but that is not the case.

Unfortunately, I speak from experience. I have been a fan of romance anime in the past and I liked to think of an idea of romance like the one these anime proposed. Even though I have never had a passion for anime girls like you do, I always told myself that I would never meet something as beautiful in real life as anime stories with anime girls.

And instead, in reality, I met a girl who was truly amazing, much more than anime girls. She was real, and amazing. This is to tell you that if you build healthy relationships with real girls, you will like them more than anime girls, and what's more, they will be relevant to reality.

You know that being interested in anime girls is considered harmful.
So surely you're trying not to have that desire anymore.

Do magic work if you want to

Try not to be attracted if you want (use whatever plan you prefer)

Look for a real woman and try to see her as more attractive (this can also help a lot)

You must be young, so I venture to say that these things will pass.

In particular, I'd stop watching anime until I've changed my mind.
