Oftentimes our first impression of faith comes from an xian mindset or by similar enemy examples. When we first arrive in Spiritual Satanism most of us are still influenced by this version of what we feel faith to be. Not understanding what real faith is until we've been on this path long enough. We may inadvertently do this because it's still ingrained in our subconscious. It's important to remind ourselves that being an SS also includes identifying these bad habits and working on expunging them from ourselves as best we can. not just acknowledging them but by acting on replacing them with SS values, which comes from making the ways and teachings of the Gods our ways.
What real faith isn't:
Real faith isn't sitting there expecting something to happen because we are somehow entitled to it. nor is it putting ourselves in danger by partaking in reckless activity because we have faith we will somehow be saved just because we have "faith". Real faith isn't about how much you've done or how much you claim you believe. Xians for example feel because they're being good little sheep reading their bibles, going to church, and praying to their god aka jewish overloads, they are safe from anything bad. If something bad happens to one of them, the others just claim that person just didn't believe enough. they must not have had enough "faith"
This is not only delusional, it's unhealthy and it's not faith! It's a slave mentality that we need to escape from. The Gods understand we come from different levels of brainwashing and enemy programming when we first become SS. They have patience with us. But we must take the necessary measures to remove these from our lives just as any bad habit. You can say you reject enemy teachings all you want, but you've got to act on consciously stopping it as well.
what real faith is:
Real faith comes from Walking this path, learning how to take care of ourselves, learning our limits and what we can do better. It comes from trusting in the Gods, and the sense of security we can achieve by our own efforts. And also by knowing that there are things outside of our control that the Gods will help us with. We aren't entitled to anything, we earn it by our efforts. The Gods will help you when you help yourself. Faith comes naturally when you overcome personal hang ups, and start trusting in yourself, and your abilities. And by working on opening your soul to truly be able to have faith in our Gods and their teachings. Real faith comes from a place of love, understanding, trust and commitment. You can't trust and have faith truly in anything if you don't first trust in yourself and the Gods.
You can say "oh i have absolute faith in the Gods." but it's only just words if you haven't healed yourself and your soul from enemy programming enough to fully and totally trust in them.
As SS we don't sit around pretending to have faith. We act and we take it seriously, knowing that while we're on the battlefield of this life fighting this war, as long as we are here and on the side of Father Satan and the Gods, They are here with us too. And they always will be. and that gives us all the hope we need. it's a two way street.
It's not enough to just say you have faith, you must also learn to live by it! Then true understanding of what faith is will come to you.
Hail Satan!!
I thank Father Satan for his help. And for his teachings that gave me inspiration for this post.
