I need to add, talking about personality fracture, I begin to perceive those sub-personality as thoughtforms that is what probably they truly are (cannot see with my 3rd eye, so I cannot say yet).
Most likely the mind created those thoughtforms to store unwanted emotions, then they started to have their semi-conscious life and may create problems, fears, etc. and also access to the mind through emotional control. Also they act on the Astral creating events.
So re-programming them and merging them in the soul once done, equals to "treatment" the psychological books mention to heal oneself.

I just discovered with this thread those "scripts" or repeated programming that I cannot clearly hear yet. So I think they are addressed to those thoughtforms-subpersonalities to keep them steering one's life in a given direction.

It is a mistake though I learned to let these stay on or around you for very long. When it comes there take care of it. Don't be lazy you don't want to have it connect to you and robotically be repeating stuff your whole life. It can even take over your emotions. That is what happened. I learned from it.

It is very important to remove those links as soon as possible and once your soul is completely clean and free of that residual energy they will not be able to reconnect again with you.

We have ones next to us literally the next star over maybe we can take care of it some day if we are strong enough but at the very least we are going to have to build some defenses against them.

You know what a lot of this stuff I had to look up. Many of these attacks I didn't know what they were going on about. I didn't know what self abasement means for example or transubstantiation or some other word I forgot when it was going on preaching at me one of them I have no idea what they are talking about but sounds like something I really shouldn't say as it might give people ideas if they don't already know about it.

I am trying to figure out how to more effectively get rid of them. Part of it is I was programmed by them to "let them attack me" and "not remove it" with the brain control thing. I am finally starting to get some motivation to take care of this.

I think this exposes the enemy side as something really bad not even worth listening too if they are going to be like this.

I am not dwelling on this or trying to make myself look bigger cause of attacks or anything. I was simply mocking and exposing the enemy in these recent threads and things I said on it. They gave me some material to work with.

The main thing I need advice on is how to make them go away quicker like remove greys or reptilians or related entities.

Just wanting to repeat this so people don't get the wrong impression. I thought I was helping making these threads.

I think that person had a valid point to make, they just did not communicate it in a constructive way.

I do not take things as you dwelling on anything, just trying to figure things out, so you can defeat it and Ascend.

True dwelling is bad, but you have to understand things on a basic level at a minimum in order to know how to react to them, and not everyone learns at the same pace.

I think these threads are helpful, if that counts for anything.

Sounds like they transmit the opposite of whatever you are doing.

For example, you made this thread to discuss these entities and also to try to figure things out, so they are telling you to rot your brain cells etc.

I think shifting the focus to what the attacks are structured like would be more constructive than focusing on what they are telling you, because they will tell you whatever they need to in order to manipulate you into doing what they want, so you cannot focus on the specific words too much as they will change as needed until you cooperate.

Let's discuss the characteristics of the attacks instead, are there any commonalities in the feelings you get when they transmit their nonsense to you?

Does it always feel the same?
Sound the same in tone/delivery?
Do you find yourself doing certain actions?

My experience is inline with the recent post by HC666 on greys, the best way to deal with these entities is to Truly Ascend and increase your vibrational frequency to a degree that they cannot impact.

I could be very wrong, but that worked for me.
The RAUM/EE-OO/AY-AH Meditation is especially helpful for this.

That is what they do too, they make you feel isolated and alone.

So like that child ego, they isolate you and then prevent growth and then you feel scared and alone and afraid to be abandoned by them, because it is all you know and you feel comfortable there.

The Truly Spiritual Being is Authentic and Contemplative, and so they like to explore new things and places etc. and so they naturally grow.

When your Spirit and personality are that of a child's and all you know how to do it go through daily Life according to scripts and go to Church it is impossible to grow.

The reason why the enemy wants to fracture personality is that, the hidden (let's call it emotional side) part, like the child most often, still responds to external stimulation while not fully understanding reality. And can be commanded by the abuser, or a person skilled to repeat similar stimulation (I am sure the jews have an internal code for this task, so they know how to command abused people). Look at hollywood, prime example.

A child is not able to defend himself from an adult abuser. The mind chooses defense > not possible, then flee > not possible, then subdues and stop opposing resistance, while detaching from reality, like this happened to someone else > fracture, survival. Like the abuse is a video stored into a crypted folder, that the main personality both refuses and cannot wathc (otherwise would collapse and suicide).

I am convinced those "scripts" from the enemy are addressed to those sub-personalities that many people have. Being emotionally manipulated, psychological violence, non-care, lack of love can create traumas and fractures if repeated in children. Xianity is a traumatizing program as incessantly address the children as "wrong, sinner, you are the cause of bad... etc." so it's easy to traumatize weak minds with repeated emotional assaults.

Once the sub-personality is created, it responds to commands easily, if there is a connection with the abuse (similar voice, tone, words, location...etc.). I think, those scripts want to hit that point of the psyche.

I believe this too, they do this to "freeze" you.

You become blunted at the Soul level and then you can only live a Physical experience instead of the Spiritual experience you should be having.

They indoctrinate children to reinforce this in a very strong manner, and the scripts keep the show running.

Interesting how we do not know each other, yet our understanding is so similar.

Spiritually Forward: the best thing for me was to continue Ascending, the Fire Elemental has been great for me, a continuous living death and rebirth.

Each time I go through this, all that old negative programming gets wiped away, but it does require being expressed, so it can be intense and sometimes daunting, because you are like what is happening to me, and when you do not fully understand things it creates fear and doubt in what you are doing.

You really do have to Meditate and do Workings almost in a relentless, psychopathic manner, because if you do not all the stuff that gets cleaned out can shy you away from what you really need to do, it is such an interesting dichotomy, but I take it as a positive sign now.

Interesting, I have said multiple times that the control things are transmitters, so that would make sense that they influence people through technology and the Internet (on certain frequencies and wavelengths).

Am curious about what this is.

I am not sure if it is my own Growth, or influence, but whenever I feel "influenced" around technology it comes by way of confusion and a hyperactive Third Eye.

Almost like an Energy surge to my Mind and Third Eye, but it doesn't feel positive, because I cannot think, I get confused and anxious.

Whereas just after a Meditation, my Energy surge heightens awareness, but it becomes crystal clear...

..the Eyes See, but a Clear Mind Sees "All."

So I take anything disrupting that as negative influence.
