tetanus shot/tpad vacinne, how screwed am I?

I just had to get 9 stitches on my hand due to a deep cut, and they recommended I get the shot, about .5-1ml, of a tetanus shot. Exact number is ndc 49281-400-89 which can be found at https://dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/dailymed/drugInfo.cfm?setid=a41b7601-34f2-4a88-a406-f53011fb7de1.

Now I am very aware of what the covid shots do to you on a spiritual/physical level, but I didn't think this tpad would be as bad as the covid shot, in regards to the water in it or the fact they push for covid shots and not tpad, due to what it does to you. Just ask the Gods, it's nasty.

But seeing how it was a deep cut, and don't want to risk futher worse sickness I took it, and I'm pretty sure I'll be okay. I just want other's more expiereneced opion's and what I should do. My last shot was about 2011 for school.

For most people, the tetanus shot is one of the most harmless ones. This is not going to harm you. And I say this as somebody who would advise to stay far away from most other vaccines.
