Sabbats

A "Sabbat" is every Saturday. There are 52 Sabbats in a year.
The Saturday "Sabbat", is a day of intense soul cleansing. Purification.

There are 8 Major Sabbats. The start of each season, and the days halfway between them.
In the Zodiac, there are 4 Cardinal Signs. The 4 Signs that rule each season.
Aries (Spring), Cancer (Summer), Libra (Fall/Autumn) and Capricorn (Winter).
The 8 Major Sabbats are: Spring Equinox, Beltane, Summer Solstice, Lammas Day (Lughnasadh), Fall/Autumn Equinox, Halloween (Samhain), Winter Solstice and Imbolc.

There are 13 Esbats in a year. An Esbat is the day of a Full Moon.
There is also a "Witches' Sabbat". When a New or Full Moon falls upon Saturday.
The Witches Sabbats are the most powerful dates in a year for purification of the soul.

The 8 Sabbats are important Satanic/Pagan holidays. These dates align with the Sun, and are times to indulge, feast and honor the Gods and Goddesses. Telepathic communications and workings of magick are greatly amplified during these holidays. The eight major Sabbats are the Equinoxes and Solstices of the Sun's year, and the 4 cross-quarter days that come between them. The 13 Full Moons (Esbats) are also power dates, and greatly amplify workings of magick. These dates are all included in this calendar, as well as ideas for workings based on the position of the Moon, other planets, and planetary day of the week. Oh, I was searching the place of search button but it is at the satanisgod web site. Even I wasnt knowing why there is a different website as satanisgod, I was thinking why isn't it named as JoS? :lol: :lol:
