rtrs and cleaning

I was wondering if the other rtrs are necessary because i saw one time that we only need to be doing the final rtr flow and should i clean my aura after each final rtr flow because i didn't the first three times i finished it and I'm nervous. Also there are more meditations i need to be doing other than my program which would be clean aura, protect aura, void, and experiment others, so i thought it was just 4 a day and the rituals how should i do the hand chakra meditation and dog meditation daily i don't want to over flow daily on my energy because I'm very lazy, help plz.

Yes you do have to clean after each RTR, but don't worry if you didn't your first times, you can clean from now on.

And don't overwhelm yourself at the beginning. If you didn't do the 40 days meditation program, I highly recommend you do it.

But if you did it, you should also add to your daily meditation program the work on the chakras. After Cleaning, Vibrate the chakra mantras and do Chakra Spinning.

If you think it would be too much, you can start with as low as 3 vibrations per chakra, and work your way up from there.

And work on the minor chakras such as astral hearing and sight points, feet and hand chakras, following the instructions on the site, when you feel ready.

Don't worry about rushing or needing to do things perfectly.

You're really going to to want to clean and protect your aura after every RTR. If you don't clean before, you'll be fine, but afterwards is important.

As far as your other meditations, begin where you left off and if you have the time to, you can add one more meditation in the morning, evening or at night. Just keep going and move on to different things when you feel ready.

Ok same for final Rtr clean aura after? And protect and void or just clean and protect?
