I thought I'd make a collection of questions instead of littering the forum with separate threads.

1. What kind of effects does jupiter transiting over natal personal planets planets have? I'II have one in the near future where jupiter gonna transit through my natal 9th house, transiting over south node, saturn, ruler and MC. At one point it'II go retrograde over my ruler and saturn. Does a transit like this signify fated events to happen, or what can I expect from this?

2. Does it counts as a stellium if I have multiple planets all in one house, but they doesn't conjuct each other? Sources say contradicting things about this if it's really a stellium or not, so I can't tell. Does having a stellium means that those planets are all co-rulers?

3. Does a planet conjucting the chart ruler makes it a co-ruler? Let's say that the sun is conjucting the ruler moon in a natal chart, does this make sun a co-ruler?

4. How can I discover hidden talents, occult gift or things carried on from my past life based on a natal chart? In general, how can I know if I did some workings on my soul in a past life? I don't have an emphasis on Scorpion, or planets in the 12th and 8th house. I have a trine aspect between Mercury and Uranus though, I read that it's a good aspect to have for mages. I don't know if this applies to soft aspects, or only to conjuctions.

5. When we talk about aspects that are exact, what does it mean exactly? Let's take conjuctions for example, if the two planets have 1° or less of a difference does this make it exact? Or the two planets have to be on top of each other exactly? Like both sun and moon placed on 12'45° degrees exactly, without any difference in numbers.

6. Having a planet on 0° libra in a solar return always signifies a commitment or relationship? If so, can we see in advance if the relationship predicted by this will be harmonious, or bad?

Jupiter has an expanding function. Very often Jupiter's transit leads to positive moments, depending on where it transits and the aspects it makes. The house and planets are benefited by its contact.

2. Does it counts as a stellium if I have multiple planets all in one house, but they doesn't conjuct each other? Sources say contradicting things about this if it's really a stellium or not, so I can't tell. Does having a stellium means that those planets are all co-rulers?
Yes.
3. Does a planet conjucting the chart ruler makes it a co-ruler? Let's say that the sun is conjucting the ruler moon in a natal chart, does this make sun a co-ruler?
No.

Generally, planets in water signs, or in their houses, are natural. It is a good sign. Some advanced people had planets in this position.

For talents the planet in 29th degree is a good sign, some famous people had a planet in this degree, related to their work.

The position of the south node can also be an indicator.

But it is necessary to look at the whole birth chart.

Yes, when the planets are in the same degrees (“numbers”).

6. Having a planet on 0° libra in a solar return always signifies a commitment or relationship? If so, can we see in advance if the relationship predicted by this will be harmonious, or bad?
No. This is not the rule. It may not even happen.
