When soon can a beginner start doing RTRs?

After establishing AoP for at least 2 months ideal as HPHC666 stated as I remember.

But if you are seriously dedicated, you can starte wherever you feel it is right to do, you can try and analyse if it’s time to do how you feel about it and etc.

Just don’t forget AoP everyday, meditate, and deprogramming mind.

In early days as SS jumped into daily rtrs without protection I remember and without cleaning my aura even, and it was real complete war going on during the days, enemy was trying to fuck me really hard everywhere.

I remember I understood importance of these rituals, and I didn’t cared I don’t have protection, so first years as SS it was complete war time for me

Same, I remember doing RTRs as a newbie was such a battle, but back then the enemy had more power.
