Are they both on 25 Leo, or just conjunct as in some degrees away? For fated events, it has to the be on the same degree.
If they are both (or just one) on 25 degrees, then do deep cleaning of your chakras to remove a potentially malefic fated event, and increase your AoP. Also be more aware and alert for the year. I had one really bad SR some years ago with fated degrees tying in with my lunar nodes, HPS Maxine also saw it (this was when she was still doing astrology) and she warned me to be extra careful. Nothing happened to me for the whole year. I also went extra-careful and avoided listening to music (headphones) while walking outside, for example.
Also look to the house ruled by the Moon (Cancer on the cusp). If the Moon is in the SR 1st house (and not a few degrees before the AC) then also look to what house has Cancer on the cusp and Moon within, in your natal chart.
There could be a problematic female in your life who might be instable in some way (only if it is on 25 Leo). Moon here can cause increased sensitivity and being more impressionable than usual, and cause some health issue (look to the rest of the chart for confirmation).
