Question #3397: Closing Chakras Meditation

I am having difficulty doing this meditation, can someone tell me exactly how to do it? I have read the page on JoS but I need a bit more detailed instructions on how to do the visualisation, can anyone who has done this meditation help me?

I will use this meditation for 2 purposes:

I do void meditation before my meditations, I want to calm my mind by doing it just before the void meditations.

Secondly, I am in the same place with hundreds of people during the day and I want to prevent absorbing their bad energy by closing my chakras.

i want to know if its possible to control the time chakras are closed. can we affirm 8 times . like my allcharas are closed for 9 ours or something like this.?
