I don't even remember these people, and some of them I haven't seen at all, but I've had sex with them, and I also sometimes have sympathy and bitterness for non-Jewish porn actresses (I don't think I can watch porn anymore).I have no life to untie myself from so many different bonds, please gods give me an improved version of "untie myself from entities/people"). i'm willing to do any job for the rest of my life just to get rid of this nightmare

To remove links specifically, the Ansuz and Thaur runes are best. A while ago I did work for several months with these two runes and I did a total removal of links, although this may be too drastic depending on the circumstances.
Tomorrow, Saturday, is a good date to start work to detaching and remove links.

An affirmation for the case you describe could be "In a safe and healthy way for me, the energies of the Thaur and Ansuz runes are removing and eliminating each and every unwanted attachments, now and completely."

Do it every day until you notice that all the links have been completely removed.

You can keep the "NOW" away, but personally I believe its a good word to specify to your mind that you want it now, in the present. I know you get the idea, if you feel that you need to specifically fix something, get down there and fix it.

Feel the chakra vibrating and engulf it in blue Satanic fire. Imagine all links on the chakra getting burned and your chakra becoming bright as a blue Sun, or whitegold. You can do this for all your chakras, so that would be 9x7. You can do far more than x9 vibrations, this is up to you and how much energy you feel is needed for this to work. This will help cut off from bad links from past lives, present incarnation, people you could have linked
