Hello. I have a very serious question. I don’t live alone, there are ALWAYS people with me (not of my faith) and I completely and fully depend on them (I can’t leave live in another apartment, for example). And I don’t have the opportunity or a quiet place to sit down for 10-5 minutes and calmly even clean the aura - I do it on the go (I’m not sure in the end that it’s being cleaned...)! For the same reason, I could grow spiritually better by meditating longer and conducting more serious meditations... Please advise - what should I do in such a situation? Thanks in advance.

Oh, I'm sure you can find some time. Let's say your want to do something your parents don't approve like smoke weed. Where would you do that? When would you do that? What excuse would you give your parents? Now replace meditation with it and there you have the answer. I'm saying this because I see many young people who say they don't have time or privacy to do meditation yet these people always find the time and privacy to smoke weed, drink, play video games and do other things their parents don't approve.

I'm sure the other people you live with do sleep, don't they? You could either wake up before them or wait until they are asleep and do meditations. Or you would tell them you want to go somewhere (use an excuse) and go somewhere outside where you can meditate. Precisely what you would do if you wanted to smoke weed.

Your environment might not be so favorable right now but it doesn't mean you're completely incapable of spiritual progression. It might not be as ideal for you, but it can still be done.

The 3 opportunities for meditation you're going to have is:

- when you wake up
- while you're taking a shower
- before you go to sleep

You can spend at least 5-10 extra minutes in the shower performing simpler meditations such as The Foundation or Void Meditation.

When you wake up in the mornings, continue laying down as if you're asleep and from there, you can clean and protect your aura. You can also perform The Foundation and Void Meditation or even breathe into your chakras.

The same can be done before going to sleep at night. Just lay on your back as if you're asleep and meditate instead.

Depending on the situation, you might have to do this for a while but at least you'll still be able to grow and gain spiritual power. With time, you'll be able to influence or attract a better environment for yourself.

In my case after dedication I become dead serious about meditation.

I have put it above everyone else so I did void meditation everywhere all the time, no matter eyes open or closed.

You can do it while doing something, just focus on what you doing, and keep your attention in one line, focus on here and now.

Always bring back attention to here and now,

You will see it is possible.

You don’t need to think I can’t do and etc..

Try be always aware for any opportunities arising in your way, and make use of it.

If you are serious, even in these moments Gods will help you, and you will advance anyway, because of you doing what you can.

What can be other better way than to do what you can when you can?

Just look for it, and use when it come across.

But void can be done everywhere, and this is one of most powerful meditations.
