Question #2107: Question about Planetary Squares and general Planetary Empowerment

If I'm using a planetary square or planetary mantra and I affirm that the energy is improving the areas of my life that the planet rules over in my natal chart does that also include the basic natural rulerships of that planet as well?

Say if I have Taurus on my 10th house cusp and I use the Venus mantra and affirm that it is improving the Venusian areas of my soul does that also include things like money, love, and luxury even though Taurus and Libra aren't on my 2nd or 7th house cusps?

Another example is if I'm using the Sun mantra and Leo is on the cusp of the 10th house, would the Sun mantra also improve the affairs of my 5th house due to the Sun naturally ruling the 5th to begin with and also attract things like success, wealth, and popularity? Or are the planetary mantras exclusive only to the areas of our natal chart that have their signs on the cusps and/or the houses they are posited in?
I would say it depends on the affirmation of the working right?
