Fascism is not for Italy alone, it is for all Nations, but each Nation must adapt it
to the characteristics of its own people
Fascism basically equates to the term Nationalism / Patriotism in the 1920s
National Socialism is simply Racial-Fascism
The Mussolini version obviously can't possibly work as it conveniently includes the
people behind the Money Power.
Arnold Leese sums up the Mussolini version when he wrote...

than £300,000,000; to that inflation is due the slight rise in the price-level
and the return to employment.
The improvement is therefore due to the country having, without being
aware of it, taken a homoeopathic dose of Imperial Fascist League
medicine, REFLATION.
To use that medicine rationally to cure the patient completely, it is
necessary that the reflation be controlled and conducted with the object
first of restoring price-levels until they bear a reasonable relation to those
which obtained when the bulk of our debts were incurred; when that point
is reached, price-levels must be stabilised there by control of Money-Issue
and Money-withdrawal with that object in view; in other words, a Goods
Standard for Money must be adopted; so that its purchasing power will
be always stable.
Like all powerful and efficient remedies, an overdose can poison the
patient, as it did under Jewish guidance in Germany. That is only one of
the reasons why it is necessary that Fascism must be based on Racial
Realities, and cannot achieve permanent success if it stops short of that,
as Mussolini did. In the long run, the Character of the Controllers of
Money must be Aristocratic in the true sense of the word, and that sense
is Racial and Nordic. They must, before all else, be worthy of trust
to the characteristics of its own people
