I tried the Nexus and Trust Wallet Apps my card was declined. I also read something about Indian banks not supporting making payments to crypto.

I'm still angry at Ramp because it took my money for card verification but it didn't work 😡

Credit card payments have the highest fees (3-4% in most cases), try a bank transfer or something else.

You might need to contact your bank to activate online payments for your card. Or maybe they offer this option from online banking. But before this you need to check the details of your banking plan and what kind of usage is supported by your card. And lastly, look for other crypto exchanges.

As for being charged and not receiving anything in return you need to contact customer services for Ramp and your bank to solve the issue.

I can do online payments fine. I've bought from Amazon and stores. However I'll see what I can do about this situation

Contact your bank to see what the issue is. Chances are they might have restrictions in place that can be lifted. Maybe other banks do not have such. Inspection is required. And then there is the option of bank transactions and so on to totally circumvent this credit card dilemma.
