I can't say the R

I have a problem I can't say the R not in English and not in my mother's language Arabic
I was practicing the runes but there is a lot of the sound R so I can't do the rune magic ? Normally everything I try to say R it's come out Y or E something in between
I hope that you understand me
Last example if you hear me say understand it will be like undeystand

Practice. Usually the R is rolled. Search in youtube how to pronounce rolled R, or simply R and practice it.

It can be learned through practice. What I recommend is to start trying to get a 'soft' R first which can be trained through the sound of D. Try repeating "drum" multiple times, for example. Try to emphasize the D and from there move on to R. That is just one example of how it can be trained. Maybe there are instructional videos online. You might want to check that up.

I had to practice in order to learn to roll the Rs. Listening to foreign music where they roll Rs made it easier.

Try making a purring sound with a breathy exhale. The flutter happens in the throat. That is how the R is rolled. Then practice this while vocalizing the "R" until you get "RRRRR"(rolled).

I roll r by fluttering tongue against palate close to teeth. And so do others who speak the same language.

I have also been pronouncing "Z" the wrong way, I have been pronouncing it as in Zebra, but it's supposed to be vibrated as "ts".
