How to use Demon Rituals for personal goals?

As the title says.

For example, If i wanted to do Valefor's ritual for healing, how would I use his energies towards that end: would I do the whole ritual and then pray to him after, or would I affirm my own affirmation instead, or maybe both his and my affirmation?

You do the Ritual, and with the process having taken place, you resort then to doing what working you require, or you directly establish astral communication with the Demon, to further what needs to be done.

Generally, the Gods can see way more clearly one's personal goals, and the path to wisdom towards them. So just by doing the Ritual, you are already getting closer to the very source of what you are trying to achieve in a goal.

I apologize, HP, I have a question to ask.
To understand what is the right personal purpose for which to perform a ritual for the Gods, can we understand it from the description of the Demon's characteristics found on the JoS website?

For example, in a time when I am performing a love ritual with "GEBO", can I do the ritual for Lady Astarte first since she is a Goddess of love? Or if I want money, can I do the Lord Beelzebul ritual first since "Zeus responds when called Mammon"? Or, again, since Lord Marbas gives knowledge, if I wanted to do a ritual for knowledge with Dagaz + Kenaz, could I do the ritual for Lord Marbas first?
