Dull Pain - Cleaning

I know it can be normal to have slight headaches when the higher chakras are stimulated, but I want to make sure my case is normal.

I am 6 days in to cleaning my crown chakra with 70 reps of RAUM. I find my crown chakra to have a dull pain that sometimes transfers to the third eye, and it lasts for the duration of the working and spontaneously arises in the next 24 hours between the next round.

I have noticed that the color of my crown is getting easier to visualize and I can easily tune into the chakra. However, I don't want to be overdoing it.

I have attempted to communicate with my GD and I think she gave me the green light, but I am still not confident that I am not just talking to myself.

Thanks

50 or fewer repetitions should be more approachable, the pain is from the magnetic pressure that builds, this pressure in time will not involve any kind of pain, but for the first time and so on, it is normal to have headaches and dull pain.

The Crown chakra should be approached more in meditative ways too in gentle ways. Lightly focusing, and meditating there. If then your head starts itching right there, it is a very positive sign it is working. Dont forget the back chakra of the head, the 3rd eye and the sideways minor chakras of the temples.

You can focus on the connection of the forehead with the Crown, up and down and down and up. The direction should be from above to below ultimately.

Another note on gentler approaches in meditation, because it is very important and it is about growing sensitivity and awareness. Every one wants power and powerful appliance for opening and so on and it is understandable. But power is falsely thought as only an intense approach, which oftentimes intensity is attached with tension and stress upon said focus.

For example in case of the Crown and higher chakras, an approach such as this will make you unable to feel the fine currents and the entertaining of vibrations and currents between chakras and the "quantic" movement, which if not aware of when it is happening, one cannot discover and amplify, make use and so on.

The higher chakras are felt in very fine uplifting of vibration, that when happens, it is sweet and itching, and when amplified with focus, can prove earth shaking in power. The point being, one starts from initial death, to ressurection, to rising. No feelings, no currents, then one starts to develop these and then focus on them and with them.

These dimensionalities then take form in the directions of the body, which can be used outside of us and can create and destroy. The power of the higher chakras, and the fine vibration that they produce, can make mountains dust by sheer intent. But this can come only by a meditative, gentle approach.

Okay, but so I am understanding, we can still apply cleaning mantras to the higher chakras?

I look forward to being able to utilizing the crown in the ways you described, however I know that it is very dirty.

Also, what forms of gentle meditation are you referring to, because I have seen you suggest Sanskrit mantras to be applied to it to?

Also, were you suggesting I cut my vibrations to 50 or less, or am I safe to continue?

Yes you definitely need to clean and you do this good. I emphasize to not do this under pressure or any great stress, but approach in a relaxed fashion, gentle.

Do not state that any of your chakras may be dirty or are, even if this is true. Chakras are just unopened, unoperated or heavy at most. Clean any dirt out and forget about it.

If the pain expands for days, or is adding up, yes you should lower the repetitions. If this is passing, do not worry.
