Could someone help me with mediating issues thank you :)

Any advice would be appreciated!

I find it hard to mediate, always have. I seem to see grey and brown energy when I try to visualise the light, the more I try to see the light the greyer it gets. There doesn’t seem to be anything I can do about it? I have seen the light before but how do see it more often?

Do I simply believe that I’m surrounded in light? Or maybe imagine the light without trying to see it? Or feel it? What should I do?

One thing to mention is it could be the enemy producing hallucinations, as I am schizophrenic. The government knows how to do that. So should I just focus more on relaxing and not worrying about it. What would you do? Is my soul safe enough?

when I have trouble imagining a color, I simply look for a picture on the Internet and look at it for a long time. that's what I did when I tried to visualize the sun's chakra. after that it appeared smoothly in front of my mind's eye. looks at a picture on the Internet where the body is surrounded by light.

I also recommend working more on feeling the energy itself. The light around the aura or the light around a aura becomes easier to see the more you can feel the energy itself. It's almost an automatic occurrence.

And if you really want to start training your focus on visioning, you can perform the Flame Meditation.

Meditate during the day in a place where the light of Sun is available. Clear sky is better. If this is not an option then create a memory by being outside when the Sun is shining. Then you can refer to this memory of the Sun when you need to. Or you can use visual aid through a device like the above member has mentioned.

Aside from that, keep on cleaning your whole being. Chakras, aura, light body, all of these, and over time you'll generate the light spontaneously during your cleaning as your mind and soul free up.
