You may not give too many details about your chart...

You are not lazy but in contrariety, you must not fight in the good direction :

Mars in first House conjunct Caput Algol indicate you are ascendant Taurus (or maybe Aries ?) and may have violent reactions or though.
Mars being in detriment, you must try to fight but you are always in the bad side of the situation

Square aspect means that planetary energies are in contrariety, work against each others.
The Sun (the will and what you love) works in contrariety with Jupiter (social position), Mercury (intellectual effort, movement) and Neptune (faith, illusions, drugs...). So you reject these three fields giving an illusion to be lazy.

Bad aspects ask efforts to evolve, you must understand these points and accept you have no real power in these directions.
You loose energy because of these bad aspects and think you are lazy, but you learn slowly how to manage that along you life.
