Hello there , today is christmas and I kinda didn t really had time and today when I woke up I didn t really feel to do my spiritual routine , I enjoyed & spent time with family and stuff. Is it something bad if I skipped only 1 day of not doing anything beside returning curses , cleaning and stuff like that & vibrating runes.

Your progress that has not been "fixed" is lost. Every 40 days progress is permanent, if you stop earlier your progress goes back to the first day.

And doing this, it can cause other problems, whit your discipline, mentality, "value scale", subconscious etc...

Unlike what was previously stated, continuity is not completely ruined by missing a day. But it is bad, and weakens the process. How much of a plunder this is, is hard to say from here, though.

Aside from that, I would like to comment on the idea that not doing something because you do not feel like something is not going to cut it in the long run. You said that there was no time, so the only logical conclusion for success is to make time. Our lives revolve around this practice, not the other way around.

I don't think the energy is that strict for day to day meditation based on my experience. I think meditation works in the same way like physical training. If you "build" day by day by day then advancement will be a lot faster, a day skipped won't "reset" the entire energy and progress built in tens of days or months, but this will push one back a little bit, and constantly skipping days will certainly slow down advancement overall and it is to be avoided.

In the same way, if you do physical training but constantly skip sessions then that will certainly either push you back or keep you stuck. Meditating doesn't require "rest" like physical training does (unless you burn yourself with over-powered meditations), but doing it daily and keep making steps ahead by adding extra meditations/exercises, that will ensure the fastest advancement.

I think planetary squares are different because the energy behind their numerology is different, so if the number of reps are not strictly followed, that will likely ruin the effectiveness of the energy, which is built on the numbers.

Meditation is not something that you need to be "in the mood" for, but something that you "need" every day, something that your soul needs to ask for. I know exactly you feel about it now but is a toxic perception. In the worst case you should do the least reps but is important to do something every day, even a very small progress is a lot better than nothing.

My advice is the same as most others: you need to have clear priorities in your life.

If you are a Spiritual Satanist, spiritual activities are the main pillar of your life. Everything else revolves around them. When you decide what to do in a day, you place spiritual activities first in your schedule. Everything else is built around them.

It doesn't matter what day it is. By skipping, you also damage your self-discipline which is built up by doing things when we don't want to, when we don't feel like it, when we're tired or sick, etc. Undermining self-discipline has harmful consequences on life as a whole, open the door to the ignorance and decay of those without, the NPCs, the entropic forces that work to annihilate us.

Furthermore, meditation is primary need. If you don't feel like eating today, do you stop eating for a whole day? If you don't feel like sleeping today, do you stop sleeping for a whole day? If you don't feel like drinking today, do you stop drinking for a whole day? If you don't feel like going to the toilet, do you let yourself piss and shit your pants?

Your soul requires spiritual light to function properly, which is absorbed through meditation. If you don't give to it, is like telling your body "Sorry, no food or water today!", It also requires to be clean. Skipping cleaning is in fact worse than not showering for a day or not cleaning your teeth for day, especially when you're exposed to the sewer-like energies of most people who let their souls rot. Skipping protection is like inviting the enemy to do more damage.

Every action has consequences.
