About Blood Donations

I always thought there is something wrong about blood donations. I can't actually figure out what. At school they usually tell us to donate to help people, they tell us that it is gratificating and helpful. But Thinking that my blood, a print of my soul, is going to circulate into someone else's body makes me sick. I think i would only do it in the case of necessity for very close people i think it is a very intimate act. What does blood or (even worse) organs donation means for the donor spiritually?

At the end of world war 2 several of the German prisoners of war died rather then receive blood transfusions from the Americans because they had no idea were that blood was coming from.

Blood is the essence of a people and to accept blood from another race is to totally corrupt your essence, but when a nation is built on brotherhood and kept pure donating blood for those who need it becomes essential, no brother of mine should die from lack of blood if I have extra in my veins because it is one blood that belongs to all of us.
