At the time, the only thing I'm doing regularly is the Aura of Protection. But I am going to begin with the 40 days program when it's new moon. Until I am more advanced I will keep removing astral links when felt as neccessary and I am going to do the Aura of revulsion in my friends and the jew. :)

I think it's partly a common taste in music but mainly it's their compassion for him, so maybe a connection in the heart chakra. I am going to do a working with the Thurisaz Rune later.

I started removing astral links, I did it in the last two days and will continue doing it for a week or so. But I already noticed that I removed or at least strongly weakened a link to my heart chakra. I am going to be more openly against him from now on. So thank you for your advice:)
