Body hair loss on same areas

So I would like to ask about this.
Basically I'm starting to loose body hair on exact same areas on both of my legs, see picture attached.

It is only there and no where else on my legs, what's strange is that the pattern on which the hair is less is almost identical on both legs. The leftover hairs on these areas are quite easy to pick of, almost painless.

No, I never shaved or waxed my legs before, nor did the working of getting rid of body hair, which I thought of doing numerous times but alright.

I researched potential causes of hair loss but what got me wondering is why is it same on both legs and why the heck is almost identical.
Appreciate the help!

I am not sure what the cause is for this, there are 2 things that do come to mind though.

1. Blood-circulation, extremities especially those of the lower body are prone to having bad blood-circulation, there many things one can do to increase blood circulation for example: exercise, breathing exercises, visualization & intent etc.

2. Poor working liver, when the liver has problems it will show this in many weird ways, loosing hair especially on your lower extremities is common. To repair your liver you can for example use apple cider vinegar or start intermittent fasting.

Interesting,I will need to look into these and possibly even see the doctor about it then.

1. Yes, I should exercise more, I haven't done it in what feels like ages.

2. My liver seems to be working fine, I never experienced pain or discomfort but it doesn't mean something is not right with it.

Thank you for the answers.

You will only notice liver problems when it is to late, normally you will not experience pain around your liver when this happens as i said before weird things start to happen to your body. The good thing though is that the liver can heal itself up completely.

Even if your liver is in good health it can be a good thing to clean it once in a while. if you want to try out apple cider vinegar: a little swig of apple cider vinegar diluted with warm (About body temp.) water, its best to drink this with a straw.

No need to stress out, just relax and do one thing at a time.
