What i meant is maybe (Hatha yoga in the morning) (Kundalin yoga at night)or I do it both start with (Kundalin and Hatha) in the morning and at night. HAIL SATAN FOREVER AND EVER!!!

Hellow guys as for me am also new recently was doing the 40 days program and things went difficult on both Kundalin and Hatha yoga I need some advice on when to do it between morning and night also where to get more poses of each. Thanks in advance HAIL SATAN FOREVER AND EVER!!!
