This is my first time starting a working for personal things I’m currently going through emotionally, and I wanted to use Wunjo or Vend to banish sadness and help to restore my self Esteem and I have practice witchcraft and love spells before but never really used runes before and am inexperienced.
I bought rose quartz to help raise the energies because I seen that helps on the site but my question is how do I properly start and use the rune for my working? ie: how many times do I vibrate said rune
What do I do after I’m done vibrating it? How do I know it’s working?
